6 Graus is a real estate brokerage licensed by IMPIC, holding licence AMI no. 21886.
We work mainly on investment transactions (income-producing assets, land and development projects, buildings for refurbishment and portfolios) for domestic and international clients. We also support companies looking for premises in Portugal.
We are not a volume agency. We take on few transactions at a time, with the direct involvement of the person who signs.
- On the buy side: definition of criteria, search and screening of assets, viewings, preliminary analysis, negotiation and support through to completion.
- On the sell side: market valuation, preparation of the marketing pack, selection of investors, negotiation and closing.
- Leasing: finding premises for companies establishing in Portugal and placing income-producing assets.

Real estate brokerage in Portugal is governed by Decree-Law no. 15/2013 and supervised by IMPIC, the Institute for Public Markets, Real Estate and Construction.

All brokerage agreements are made in writing, clearly stating whether exclusivity applies, the fee, and the conditions under which it becomes due.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body. The electronic Complaints Book is also available.
